insolvency practitioner, you must first pass the Joint Insolvency Examination
Board (JIEB) exams. Our courses are designed to cover the relevant
legislation and the exam syllabus in depth. We include detailed notes to aid
learning and revision and we also look at practical issues faced when taking
appointments, current issues in insolvency and the impact of recent judicial
